Like most specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Specialty providers are highly trained and experienced in a particular population, instead of generalists who see many populations and issues. This is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility. If you have insurance, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits.

Therapy Rates

$175 per hour for individual 

$250 per hour for couples and discernment

Session Packages for Individuals: 

​

$680 per 1-month package (4 sessions for $170/hour)

$1300 for 2-month package (8 sessions for $162.50/hour)

Therapy Accelerator:

​

$1400 for 3 hour session each day for 2 days (6 hours total), back-to-back. This is for people who are wanting to accelerate their progress by diving deep into an issue currently present in their life.

Find out how much you can save on our sessions with Thrizer by typing in your insurance information below.  Thrizer is a company that submits to your insurance plan for you for out-of-network on your behalf. While I don't accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don't have to worry about submitting superbills. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check.
